🍁 Happy Thanksgiving from SELC! 🧡

🌟 BEYOND THE CLASSROOM – A Moment for Gratitude

Dear Students,

As we celebrate Thanksgiving in Canada, I would like to share a little thought with you.

We are living in a world filled with uncertainty, challenges and constant change. Sometimes, with everything happening around us—and with our busy lives, responsibilities, studies, work and worries about the future—we forget to appreciate what we already have.

Thanksgiving is a beautiful reminder to slow down, count our blessings and, as the saying goes, stop and smell the flowers along the way. 🌸

We may not have everything we want, and life may not always go according to plan, but we all have something to be grateful for.

Our health, our families, friendships, opportunities, the people who support us, the lessons we learn, and even the challenges that help us grow.

Happiness isn't only about reaching our destination. It's also about appreciating the journey.

So this Thanksgiving, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect, appreciate the little things, reach out to someone you love, and recognize how far you've already come.

And I want you to know something: I am grateful for YOU. 💛

Grateful for the diversity, energy, dreams and experiences each of you brings to our SELC community. You are what makes our campus special.
